Singapore August 9, 2010- Vietnamese Ambassador to Singapore Nguyen Trung Thanh on August 9 met with staff of Petrolimex Singapore single member limited liability company (Petrolimex Singapore Pte. Ltd).The visit was part of activities to celebrate the 65th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day (September 2) and the 1,000th anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi.

At the meeting, Petrolimex Singapore Director Nguyen Quang Tuan briefed the Ambassador about the company’s recent economic performance and its future development plans.
The Ambassador extended his congratulations on the company’s achievements and expressed his hopes that Petrolimex Singapore would maintain its position as a leading Vietnamese enterprise in the Singaporean market while expanding into international markets.
The Ambassador also informed the company’s staff about the Vietnamese community in Singapore and a number of activities the Vietnamese Embassy will launch on National Day.
